We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.   We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.


During these unprecedented and uncertain times of COVID-19 your health and safety is our utmost priority.   Please think of your health first, and proceed at whatever pace you are comfortable with.   The stitching room is VERY large and will easily accommodate us sitting 6’ apart and wearing masks if that is required or suggested.

With that said, Registration will occur on July 15, 2020 at noon EST by clicking the REGISTRATION button at the top of the webpage.   An Applique Getaway is an exclusive event, taking only (30) attendees.   The first (30) will be registered, the subsequent registrants will be put on a waiting list. If history is a predictor – this event will sell out within hours.   Plan on registering early to assure a “seat.”

On or before September 1, 2020 a “go, no go” decision will be made; based on the status of the country and COVID-19.   SHOULD the event be cancelled – a 100% refund will be provided at that time.   SHOULD the event proceed and you need to cancel, the following will be in effect:  If you cancel during the month of August you will receive a 50% refund; should you cancel during the month of September you will receive a 25% refund; and should you cancel during the month of October, there will be NO refund available.   All cancellations/refunds must be done in writing (or email).

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise or written notice of cancellation on qualifying registration fees.
